Processing of Your Personal Data
According to the Law, processing personal data wholly or partially through automated or non-automated means is considered "personal data processing."

Recipients and Purposes of Data Transfer
Your collected personal data may be shared, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, with company partners, suppliers, stakeholders, group companies, domestic software companies, technology companies, healthcare service providers, and legally authorized public authorities.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data may be collected through statements, application forms, documents requested for creating a resume, various contracts, information forms, surveys, social media applications, forms filled out on our website, security camera records, and other methods, and may be processed and transferred in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
Data Retention Period
The company will retain personal data for the purposes specified in this privacy policy and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Additionally, the company reserves the right to retain personal data for the period necessary to maintain defenses in the event of a dispute between the data subject and the company and for the duration of the statute of limitations determined by applicable laws.

As a data subject, under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To learn the purposes of processing and whether your data is being used in line with these purposes,
- To know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred,
- To request correction of your incomplete or incorrect personal data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under Article 7 of the Law,
- To request notification to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred about your requests for correction or deletion,
- To object if a negative result arises against you due to analysis of your data by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can exercise the above-mentioned rights by filling out the application form on our website and submitting it together with your identity documents either in person or via email to tora@toragroup.com. Your requests will be processed free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if additional costs arise, Toragroup reserves the right to charge fees according to the tariff set by the Data Protection Board.
